I'm Chi-chi Nwaneri, and I'm thrilled to have you here. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I'm passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and live their best lives.
Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine.
I played volleyball and ran track, but when I stopped competing, I wanted to maintain my physique and healthy lifestyle. That's when I started hitting the gym and my love for fitness only grew stronger. Since I also love helping people, I decided to become a personal trainer and help others reach their fitness goals.
After earning my degree from THE Ohio State University, I decided to make a big move halfway across the country to start my new life. It was a bold decision but one that I'm grateful for every day.
My fitness journey was not easy.
I thought that since I was an athlete, the gym would be a walk in the park. That was not the case, at all. I was lost! My journey consisted of a lot of trial & errors, learning, researching, & observing. But I am thankful for my journey & where I'm at today.
